    Application for Admission to 2012-2013 Junior Class One

  1. St. Paul’s College Primary School has joined the Government’s Direct Subsidy Scheme (DSS) since September, 2003.  The school fee for DSS classes for 2012 – 2013 is HK$30,000 per annum ($3,000 per month).

  2. This is a DSS boys’ school.  Information on the School may be found in the School Prospectus.  Parents are asked to read it carefully before completing the application form (sheet 3).

  4. Completed application forms must be returned to the School Office by hand on   25th August 2011 to 26th August 2011, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  Please do not send applications by mail.

  6. Completed application forms should be returned together with photocopies of
    • Proof of affiliation with the School, if any
    • I.D. Card / Birth Certificate (please bring along the original for verification)
    • Kindergarten 2 or the latest school reports
    • Proof of extra-curricular activities/awards, if any (maximum 5 sheets; to help protect the environment, please print on both sides of the paper, and avoid using heavy paper or paper with a glossy surface)
    • One self-addressed stamped envelope
       (No binding is needed)

  7. A non-refundable application fee of $50 is payable when the application form is submitted.

  9. Applicants will be invited to attend a first interview in September 2011.  The admission criteria are shown in Sheet 2 (only applicable to the first interview).  Selected applicants will be invited to a second interview in October 2011.

  11. Applicants will be notified of the result of the first interview by mail at the end of October 2011.

Declaration of the school

  • All the information submitted in the Application Form and other attachments will only be used for admission purposes. They will be destroyed after the admission process is completed.
  • All documents submitted will not be returned.
  • Selection will be based on the information provided in the Application Form, the attached information of the applicant, as well as the applicant’s performance during the interview(s).
